These video clips have been developed as an aid to assisting CPR rate, depth and hand position. Use them to practice your CPR or use them on a mobile device to assist those who administering CPR and need an urgent, real-time demonstration to assist in providing high quality CPR.

This is a not for profit CPR compression rate tool & the concept has been developed by the Paramedic Resource Centre web site using the latest UK Resuscitation Council, European Resuscitation Council & American Heart Association CPR guidelines.
